Data-driven insights for better training
Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve learning experiences and measure real impact.
My Approach
Turning Data into Action
I design, distribute, and analyze surveys that capture meaningful feedback from partners and learners. This data informs my instructional design decisions and helps organizations understand the true effectiveness of their training programs.
Analysis of Partner Staff Readiness
My goal in reviewing this spreadsheet was to establish a baseline understanding of partner staff readiness, confidence levels, and training needs ahead of the 2025 kickoff training cycle. From the data, I was able to identify 84 total respondents representing at least 63 different organizations across multiple states, with the highest concentration coming from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Virginia.
I focused on both the quantitative confidence ratings and the qualitative open-ended responses to better understand how prepared partners currently feel in their roles and what specific areas they want additional support in.
Based on the confidence ratings, I found that overall preparedness is moderately strong but still leaves room for improvement. Average confidence scores ranged from about 3.2 to 3.8 out of 5, with respondents feeling most confident in completing their overall program responsibilities and recruiting staff, and less confident in navigating Blocks and managing quality control processes.

Case Study
2025 Partner Satisfaction Survey
My goal in reviewing the 2025 Partner Satisfaction Survey was to understand how partners perceived the training, support, and systems available to them, and to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement.
A majority of respondents indicated positive experiences with support staff and reported feeling prepared to carry out their responsibilities. Partners consistently relied on established support channels, indicating that accessible and responsive support played a key role in success.
Some partners reported challenges with system navigation, troubleshooting, and specific workflows, highlighting opportunities to improve targeted training and workflow-specific guidance.
